Life | What Have I Been Up To?

university moving boxes messy room bedroom

I know, I know, I haven't posted in over two weeks. But I can honestly say that I've just been so busy with personal things, that my blog unfortunately got pushed to the side while I've been sorting my life out. Instead of trying to think of a way of explaining what's happened, I'm just going to post below what I put on twitter - it's simple and straight to the point! I'm also really appreciative of anyway who messaged me to support me, thank-you.

No, I'm not dropping out of University. I'm just taking a little break and hopefully I'll be returning back next year, continuing where I left off. As I'm sure you can imagine with all this going off, this is also why my vlogmas videos have been thrown off recently, but I'm working on getting them edited and uploaded as soon as I can!

Anyway I just wanted to say thanks for sticking with me, and I'm really excited to see what 2015 brings. My New Year's resolution is just to be happy, and the best part is that I've already taken steps to achieving that. Wishing you all a happy New Year, and let me know in the comments if you will be making any New Year's resolutions yourself!

  1. You gotta do what you gotta do! Your mental health is definitely important and you have to take care of it just as much as you have to take care of your body :) Just be careful not to lose momentum in school...best of luck!

  2. Aww, look after yourself! Your mental health is definitely the most important thing, so don't worry about uni or your blog, just remember to put yourself first :)

  3. *hugs* There's nothing wrong with taking a break from university at all - most of the time it can be for the best. I hope you manage to overcome your problems, as someone who has suffered from mental health issues before I understand how challenging they can be.

Good luck and best wishes for 2015.

  6. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a break from University and doing what you have to do - know one knows yourself better than you! I remember being in University this time last year and have a hell of a time whilst writing my Dissertation and I still don't know how I did it. Life in general is bloody difficult and sometimes you just need to break away from everything to relax and just breath!

I hope everything works out for you and I hope you have a lovely New Year!
