Today I bring you… well, actually I don’t know! My partner received this bath bomb after a Lush job interview and since we don’t have a bath at University he let me take it home for me to try. I really love the look of this bath bomb as it’s quite plain with specks of colour all round. If you know what this one is called, please let me know in the comments!
I’m not sure if this was meant to be a duff Dragon’s Egg, or just a unique bath bomb? To begin with, I placed the bomb in the water and it just fizzed away, it was only until about half way did it release a few bits of yellow colour. I was quite disappointed as it didn’t give off any more colour than the last photo shows, but left a thin layer of cloudy water. When I stepped into the bath, I don’t know if it was me disturbing the water but even the cloudiness vanished leaving me with what I had started with, just normal clear bath water! No smell, no colour, the only thing that impressed me was the actual pretty bath bomb to begin with.
I love experimenting and trying different bath bombs, but this one just didn’t do it for me sadly. It was nice to watch it fizz but other than that, I will be turning to try a different bath bomb before coming back to this one again.
What do you look for in a bath bomb?
