Review: Superdrug Dry Shampoo

There have been various conflicting opinions on this product so thought it best to contribute my thoughts on it. I originally bought a can from Superdrug when it was on offer, and have recently been back to buy more (2 for £3). These were the ones I most recently bought:

This dry shampoo is Superdrug's own and is suitable for all hair types. It comes in lots of different fragrances, my personal favourite of the two being "Away with the Fairies".

I use this when my hair is looking a bit greasy and I don't have time to wash it or I don't want to. It is perfect for a quick revive in the mornings before work! It soaks up all the excess oils and leaves my hair look freshly washed. It is really simple to use as all you have to do is hold the can 15cm away from your hair and spray evenly. I would advise to do this near a window else you may find you'll get the taste in your mouth! You then massage your hair and brush into the desired style.

I haven't personally experienced any problems or irritations with these dry shampoos, except I find they run out quickly. As these are the first ones I have used I cannot say if it the best brand, however it did get the job done for a decent price. Some dry shampoos can even add volume to fine hair, so I plan to purchase a different brand such as Batiste on my next trip.

Have you ever tried a dry shampoo before? If so, what brand of dry shampoo would you suggest?
